"My Do It!"

Lucas is learning new words and phrases everyday! Here are some that we hear a lot:

"Come on, Mommy!"
"No thank you!" Very polite. This is often his response when we ask him to do something.
"Okay."
"I wanna go potty!"
"I coming!"
"Luke's turn!"
"My do it!"
"I ride it."

"My purse!" Clint has tried to tell him multiple times that purses are for girls....

"I too big!"
"Come on, dude!"
"Pretty Lucas!"
"I jump in!"
"Follow me!"
"Wash hands!"
"Play dollars." He likes money!

"Cheese!"
"Share, buddy!"
"Scary!"
"I no like it."
"Throw me!" Meaning throw me the ball.
"Back scratch."
"Storytime!"
"I dancing."
"I singing!"
"Kiss me!" This is how he usually "asks" for a kiss when he's hurt.
"Watch this, Daddy!"
"I wanna try that!"
"I did it!"
"I drive it."
"Let go!"
"Mine!" Of course.
"I fall down!"
"Help me!"
"Carry you." Which really means carry me
"More ______!" He usually ends this phrase with videos, chips, popsicles, pop, ice, or ABCs, to name just a few!
"I farted." Giggle, giggle
That's all I can think of for now. It's so fun to hear the phrases he comes up with! We're lucky to be his parents!

I've come to the conclusion that all children love to do what mom is doing. Even if this involves a purse, or putting on makeup(to name a few). It doesn't matter if they are boy or girl... or at least that is what I tell Curtis.
love ya

He is so cute. I love his purse fetish. He can ask me for a kiss anytime.

Italian men wear a version of a purse. I agree with the first post. Leo went through a stage where he wanted to put make-up on if I was applying make up. And, he loves sparkly things, but that could be a blue sparkly car also.
