This week we saw another new side of Vegas! We are being quite adventurous! We went to Red Rock for a hike and a picnic. There were a lot of really neat rock formations, but it wasn't quite as red as I thought Red Rock would be! Lucas' favorite part was running down a big, steep rock.
Our next adventure??? Lake Las Vegas!

I think that it would look redder (I know, the correct word would be 'more red', but what fun is that?) if you had never seen the red rocks of Utah. Now those are red!
Your adventures look like a lot of fun! It's getting too cold here for anything outside already! :(
I forgot to tell you that if you take the Calico hike, as you wrap around the back of the mountains it all goes very red, it is quite breath taking!
That must have been work with Lucas! He is so big I cant handle it. We need to go out more.

You ARE adventureous! This is a great time of year for exploring. Las Vegas has really grown on me, I like to see everyone else enjoying it too!
