As I was taking Lucas up to bed tonight, I said, "I love you!" He said, in a deep gravelly voice, "Ohhhhhhh, thank you!"
We have been singing songs to Lucas after we put him in bed, and each night he tries to drag it out a little longer. After we leave the room, he has been yelling for us, especially Clint. Tonight, after I sang his last song, he started to wiggle around. I was sure he would ask for more songs or try to play. Instead he just sat up and said seriously, "Thank you." And then he laid back down!
These are the sweet moments when being a parent really makes you feel great!

So cute! He is such an angel. I have been a blogging slacker but I will catch back up. I want to see lucas. Brooke needs older friends that will defend themselves against her:)
I guess you needed a moment like that to make up for the awful day huh?
Those sweet little moments from our children are what keep us going-and trick us into having more:)!
I was so surprised to hear all the little comments that Lucas makes now. He has grown-up so much since we last watched him. We would love to have Lucas come and play more often
So there are angels in little boys... Lucas was such a cute Tigger at kids club.
