Britney, Janae, and I took our little kidlets to the Cabrillo Marine Aquarium on Friday. It was a little bit of a drive, but it was free!!! We started out with a picnic on the beach. The weather here has been
beautiful!
Brooke, Luke, and Wyatt really liked looking at the fish, but they
are toddlers, so we moved through the aquarium at a VERY fast pace. Luke and Wyatt would quickly look at one fish and then run off to the next one.
These things were probably their favorite part! They really liked putting their heads in the holes. And Lucas
loved running and jumping off the platform they were standing on.

At the end we got to put our hands in a man-made tidepool. Wyatt and Brooke were very brave. They both had their hands in the pool and they were touching everything! Starfish, sea urchins, and who knows what else! Lucas didn't want to have anything to do with any of that creepy stuff, but right as we were getting ready to go, he decided he
did want to touch a starfish. So we did it together. He was SO proud of himself. He kept saying, "
I DID IT!!" He was really cute. But then he didn't want to leave! So we had to stick around so he could keep touching "his" starfish. (He wouldn't touch anything else). It was such a fun activity!
On Sunday we were able to go over to Rick and Janae's for a
fabulous dinner. Luke, Wyatt, and Brooke played really well together! There were only a few little tiffs. :) It's very entertaining to watch them interact with each other! Cute kids!

O.K. where is Cabrillo? The three kids look adorable on the couch.
How fun...I am happy the weather is fabulous there, it has been wonderful here this week! We have gone to the park everyday and the girls even wore shorts today!

Natalie that is so fantastic you get to spend all this time with family before you move. The time seems to be going so fast and it will be here before we know it! I love the weather from here tell June so it will be so fun to soak up every last minuet at the park with everyone.
PS. I am doing so good with my W.W Points! Its so nice when your here to motivate me. But I am on a roll. Hows it going for you?

That sounds like so much fun! You better not let matt know, or else he will be super sad that all his best buddies are getting together but him :( We wish we could all see you guys more!
I love Aquariums. I don't know why but if you have water and sea creatures kids love it. Glad that you are having so much fun!
We need to do something again!
