Today has been a very BUSY and EXCITING day!! Lucas started his Tumbling Kittens class. He had so much fun running around like a madman. The class started with a song and stretching, then the kids had free time to explore/exercise/act crazy, and then they got stamps and stickers!
After that we headed over to the park for Sports Day, and a fire truck showed up! A baby got locked in a car by accident, and the fire truck showed up in less than 5 minutes! I was impressed. The kids all got to climb through the fire truck and talk to the firefighters.
Then we played basketball! It was fun, but hot!! It was 90 degrees today!
The best part of Sports Day for Ella and Lucas??? SNACKTIME!
Needless to say, with all of the exciting activities today, Lucas fell into bed tonight and did not get up!

We LOVE Kittens class. Hannah has been going to that class since she was about 10 months old. Now she is in "cubs" class. It's the same thing only different age group.
I'm so sad I missed the fire truck today at playgroup. Nice group picture!

You know it was a busy day when they just go right to sleep with no complaints. That's the best!
Leo had a similar class also. We took a break for a while though. Will have to see when he is ready to start tumbling again. I think Lucas is a natural.

We're bummed we missed the firemen! Looks like a really fun-filled day (and maybe a little scary too-glad everyone is okay).
SO ADORABLE. My favorite part is that it is called "tumbling kittens"... haha! I can't wait till Jonah is big enough to run around and be all crazy.
