Memory Tag

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you.

Your memory can be about Clint, Natalie, or Lucas!!

I remember meeting you (Natalie) when we were in band and not liking you just because of the schools but quickly (okay maybe not but the way I remember) knowing that we would be friends. You were always so talented and so good at the things you did. I was always so impressed with you dancing and ability to make others around you happy. When I first moved to Utah I was so excited to be your roommate and even though we don't see each other or talk often I have always known we were friends and that I would always keep in touch. THANK GOODNESS FOR BLOGS!

Clint - I remember meeting you and thinking how good you were for Natalie even though I didn't know you well you made her happy and I could see that. Anyone who looks at this blog could ever doubt that you are a good husband and father. So many videos and pictures of you playing with Lucas and having fun with your little man/

Lucas - I met you and you were are are the smartest little boy I have ever seen. I don't mean to and am not comparing you with Hudson but you are really wise beyond your years. Keep it up and way to keep mom on her toes.

I enjoy swimming and the times when we hang out. I'm really glad that I've gotten to know you. Your so nice and caring! I'm glad that you're my partner for visiting teaching. Your such a great example to me. You made it a lot easier for me to adjust being away from family too. Thanks! Not so many memories but looking forward to more times hanging out! You're a great friend!

Lucas (we will get to the rest of your family later)

* One of my favorite memories is when you came over to play and as soon as it was dark we got out the glow sticks. The three of you guys (Acadia, Trey, and you)had the time of your life trying to pop bubbles and dancing around. It was so fun!

* Your comment when you and trey were pushing each other in nursery "Jesus is going to be sooooo mad!"

I remember the time Tyler almost drowned Lucas in the pool and you were still my friend after that. :)

Game night. I loved having the Salo family over for game night.
Every time I see a tall green cup, I think of the one Natalie use to carry around with her. I am so glad that you lived through that!!!
And Lucas... I remember the first time I babysat you. I still cant hear out of my right ear ;) It's a good thing I love you.

I remember Natalie always with a smile on her face. Once of my favorite memories was Harry Potter book club night. It was just fun!

Oh, SO many memories!!! Where do I begin!! I remember meeting you (Natalie) for the first time in Wrapsody. I had already heard a great deal about you from Ashley. Remember- you were the "boy stealer" so I wasn't sure if I should like you or not. You were on a date at the time, so I figured that all the stories must be true. :) Anyway, I'm glad that I didn't believe a word, because you went on to become the BEST roommate ever (you're one LUCKY guy Clint)!!! You were the roommate I was always SUPER excited to see and talk to at the end of every day! I remember Halloween at the Glenwood-mostly just because I have some pretty flashy pictures of us with two random guys! You were the first person to introduce me to highlighted hair- I swear we left that bleach on for HOURS!! My first trip to LA was going to the temple for your wedding! I never would have thought that a few years later I'd marry someone from So. Cal and live just 20 miles from the LA temple! Anyway, I could go on and on, but I don't know if there is a max to how much room I have on here. Thank you for being such a great friend! You really are an incredibly amazing person. Lucas (and new baby girl:) are super lucky to have you as their mommy!!! Love ya!!

I remember teaching 3rd grade with Natalie at Griffith Elementary School. She was pregnant and miserable with that green platic cup and one day one of my students went to the restroom and he came running back to my room carrying on about how Mrs. Salo was throwing up in the hallway in a green cup. Chaos ensued in my room but I quickly let my students know it was all because she was pregnant. I even remember going to a funeral with her and we stood in the back together and she held on tight to her green cup because she was afraid of getting sick.

I remember meeting Clint and thinking he was so nice and very smart and also that he was short like my boyfried. I told Natalie that he was good people that day.

I only was able to see Lucas once before I moved to Florida and I remember he pulled my hair and he was just so darn cute! Somethings never change because he sure is a handsome little fella now!

Now for the rest of the family...
My first memory with you guys was a ward party we had. It was at the Silver Springs park. They provided dinner and we all sat down and ate dinner and finally really got to know everyone! We were all so umm.... new then? I was so glad that there were other medical students to be friends with. You guys seriously kept me sane!

One more... when we were pregnant together and Clint and Brad thought it would be funny to name Lucas, Han Salo and Trey, O. Ben Wynn... Thank goodness we wives put our foot down!
