We're home! And so far, Kaitlin is THE BEST baby ever!!!! She just sleeps and sleeps, and when she's awake, she just hangs out and looks around. She's such a sweet little girl! And she's so good at nursing! She looks a lot like Lucas when he was born.

Lucas' first meeting with Kaitlin. He fell asleep in car on the way to the hospital.
Kaitlin does not have an official middle name, but Lucas really wanted to name her Sally, so he calls her Kaitlin Sally. He really loves her. Anytime he enters a room, he says, "Where's my baby?" or "Where's Kaitlin Sally?" He has been a very good helper with getting her diapers and her binky. Even though he loves her, he's still having an adjustment period. He's much more sensitive than normal.

I'm recovering well! Time number 2 has been way better than time number 1!!! The delivery was sooooooo fast. We went to the hospital around 1 a.m. because I had been having contractions for about 6 hours, but I was only dialated to a 2!!!! So they monitered me for a few hours, but nothing changed. They sent us home, and an hour later, at 5 a.m., my water broke. And then Kaitlin was born at 6:05 a.m. The doctor almost didn't make it! I am so glad that part is over!
We're loving our new life! Lucas and Kaitlin are wonderful kids! We feel very blessed!

Natalie she is so precious! Enjoy every second! They get big way way to fast. We just celebrated Mayce's first birthday, and seeing these pictures of baby Kaitlin makes ya realize just how sweet they are as little little babies! Glad to hear everything went well and that your doing great. You look great! Good luck with all of the changes and adjustments, you will do great!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!! You have been on my mind this whole last week! Then I started thinking, "Wow, Natalie's due date is almost here. I gotta check her blog to she what she's been doing while waiting for the baby to arrive!" And then I find that she was born LAST WEEK!!! HOLY COW!!! Were you thinking that she'd come early??!?! What a BEAUTIFUL little girl!! And what a good little brother! It was fun to look at all the pictures! Good luck adjusting to being at home with 2 kids. :)

I love how she is wrapped in her "burrito!" The pink polka dot outfit with ruffles on the hiney is one of our favorites...seeing it on Kaitlin reminds me just how big Zoe Grace is now....she does not fit in her outfit like that any more! So glad you had a much better labor and she is a great nurser! We need to make a trip back to Vegas I decided
