Kaitlin will be 6 months on the 24th. WHAT??? I can't believe it! We love our little peaches. She can now sit up, roll from back to front (occasionally from front to back), scoot around in a circle on her belly, and sleep from 7-9 hours at a time. Her favorite place to sleep is in her bed with her blanket over her face. She also loves the mirror. She thinks that she's the best thing ever!!!
Kaitlin ate green beans this past week. She did really well! She knew just when to open her mouth, and she actually swallowed quite a bit! I couldn't feed her fast enough.
So she gave up on me and ate her bib!!!
Besides green beans, she has had peas, Diet Cream Soda, a dill pickle, celery, and an Otter Pop. We like to keep her on her toes, and she thinks it's so fun. :)
I don't think that I have posted about Kaitlin's "ponytail." She doesn't have very much hair...except on the right side of her head. She has just one beautiful lock! We like to refer to it as her Jedi ponytail.
She loves to put things in her mouth. She's a normal child; she especially favors remotes, cell phones, and plastic bags!
She still loves, loves, loves her brother! He rough-houses with her, and she laughs and laughs! She completely eggs him on. Here is Lucas reading to her for the first time. I love seeing them laugh and "play" together.
She is still the happiest baby!! I keep waiting for her to change, but she keeps on being her sweet self. We'll see how she does with teething. We love Kaitlin. She brings us so much happiness!Lucas has been very interested in dinosaurs lately, so we have been checking out dinosaur books at the library. If you listen closely, Lucas is telling dinosaur facts (most are correct, some he just makes up!):
*Ceolophysis eat their own babies.
*Velociraptors run fast and eat grass.
*Iguanodons eat ferns, grass, and bushes.

Watching Kaitlin is like watching another Aubri. They have the same sweet, smiley personalities! I bet they were friends before they came down! ;)
Such cute video. She is so stable sitting up. I cant even get noah to try he just goes forward and is there like now what? We are still trying to do the pt with him pushing up so it might be a while.. She is so cute and Lucas is such a smart boy.. Glad he loves his siste

Hi Natalie! Looking at these pictures is great - I relate to everything going on since Adam is also 6 months. It is such a fun age isn't it? I love the pic of her with the Cream Soda Can. Does she actually drink it? Adam loves my pepsi can. He was licking the top of it last night! Hope to see you guys soon! Kaitlin is so cute!
I love the video! That is too cute! He knows a lot about dinosaurs! The ponytail thing cracked me up! Kenzie is still bald. You sure have adorable babies! Miss you tons!
