*clap on command
*say "mamama"
*blow raspberries
*feed herself
*drink out of a sippee cup
*rock on her hands and knees, use her toes to scoot around, and balance on her hands and toes (She made her way under the coffee table).
*stand up holding on to something (She's starting to pull herself up to standing position on lower items, and she can cruise, but not very purposefully).
Kaitlin still doesn't have any teeth!! But this past week, she has had an ear infection and her bottom teeth are trying to make an appearance. So our normally cheerful girl has been doing more of this:
She has still been an excellent sleeper. We lay her in her bed, she grabs her blankie, and goes to sleep! But she often gets up at 5:30 a.m. Yikes!!
She still loves her brother! Whenever she can hear his voice, she squirms all over to find him. He is still too rough with her, but he's an excellent moniter!! He makes sure she does not get anything dangerous in her mouth-stickers, paper, small toys, grown-up food. Kaitlin usually cries after the moniter helps her out. :)

Lucas picked out a new carseat for Kaitlin. She's too big for her baby carseat. She is 20 lbs!!! Lucas didn't reach 20 lbs until he was 12 months!

Way to go! I need to put Noah by her to see what he is supposed to be doing.
I can't believe she is already 8 months old...how time flies! She is so adorable and just a delight! I love your posts!
