Last week we were able to do a couple of exciting things! One day we went to our ward playgroup, which was a tour of Anderson Dairy. The dairy did not have any real cows, but there were animatronic animals that taught the kids! Lucas only liked them from afar. We also got to tour the factory to see dairy products being made and packaged. It was pretty neat. And we got to eat ice cream!

We also went to Lake Mead--twice!! It is quite a dirty activity, but the kids loved it! We fed the Carp. They were amazingly huge. Some of them were bigger than Kaitlin!!!!

Kaitlin spent most of the time eating-my food, other people's food, rocks covered in algae, cigarette butts. She wasn't picky. I
do feed her. She also loved splashing in the water!!! She wishes she were big enough to chase after the big kids!

I love those pictures of Kate eating! So cute.
So you finally made it to the dairy! Was it all you hoped for. That was one thing that I wanted to do but never got to it. Trey saw the pic of Lucas in the water and asked when we could go swimming with Lucas again.
Hey Natalie, Love your blog. The kids are so darn cute. We are finally getting things in place. I do love Washington!!!! It is so nice to have cool nights. I have started a blog but need to have time to figure it all out. Tell Lucas that Mimi says Hi and give him a hug. LOL Mari Lynne
