I celebrated the start of my last year in my 20's on Friday! I had the best day ever. I woke up to 29 slobbery kisses from Lucas, a Michael Jackson dvd (so Lucas and I can dance together), and a See's Chocolate gift card. Yum!My friend Tisha watched Lucas and Kaitlin in the morning, and I went out for a manicure and a haircut! I had such a wonderful time being alone!!! :)
In the afternoon, our friends Sean and Jen came to town, so we went for a swim. Then Leah watched our kids so we could go out to dinner kid-less! (I told you--it was the best day ever)! :) 
After dinner, we went back to hang out and eat cake with Dave and Leah.
I had to laugh when I found these pics on the camera!
Thank you, thank you, thank you to Tisha and Leah!!!!! I really appreciate you girls! Thank you to everyone for my birthday calls and cards! I had a great day! :)

Happy birthday to you! how fun! whenever I am kidless, my first thing I do is stretch my arms wide and spin or do the windmill around my body- to feel the freeness! ahhhhh! My sister-in-law said after an 8 day "alone" trip, "it's like being freed from prison and tasting freedom for the first time...." then she went on about how going back was like being sent to prison and throwing away the keys! kind of funny, kind of sad! take care!

It's funny when people ask me how old I am and I say "29" they always think I'm joking. How many times have YOU turned 29 little missy? =)
