So Busy!

We have been so busy doing home repairs that I have been too tired to post! (I will post those pics later)! For now, here are some things that we have been up to.

My grandparents are here to visit us. Today we went to the Springs Preserve. I loved it! I had never been into the exhibits, and they were really neat. Also, I didn't know that admission is only $10 for residents and kids 4 and under are free. A family membership is $60.

The giant snake at the park. (Free)!

Children could build a city in this exhibit. Lucas thought it was so fun!Other random things--Kaitlin's chocolate face.
I vacuumed the car this week--a rare occurence--and it was really nice to have a clean car! One problem--then I had a very dirty child! :)
About this video:
*Kaitlin has been quite the dancer lately! She is soooo cute!
*Kaitlin loves dogs and other animals. This is a clip of her watching some goats. She usually starts out very excited and happy, and then for some reason she becomes very distressed.
*Can you see my green kitchen walls when Lucas is chasing Kate?

*We had our Primary Program on Sunday. Lucas had his part memorized. When he got to the mic, he let out a huge sigh, and then let the teacher whisper his part to him. He said, "I know that it is important to give thanks for my family. I can show that I am thankful for my family by serving them." The Sunbeams sat on the first row of the congregation, so when it was time to sing, they would turn around and stand on their chairs. Lucas enunciated each word in a very exaggerated fashion. Near the end, he started unbuttoning his shirt while singing. Luckily he had a Cars shirt on underneath, because after he unbuttoned the top 3 or 4 buttons he would puff out his "exposed" chest and wave it back and forth. I kept shaking my head "No" at him, but he just put on a big smile and nodded at me, like, "How are you going to stop me, Mom?" All in all, it was a very entertaining Primary Program if you were watching Lucas!

I love the green walls! They're so bright! I wish we could have stayed at your house and got to see all of your repairs. We barely made it to Mesquite, so it's probably good we didn't try to go further. Anyway, we are SO excited to be with you guys this weekend!!!!!

SO cute! I like the green walls! Too bad you couldn't film the primary program...that sounded like it would have been a great video! :)
