On Saturday, we went to a Spring Celebration at a rec center. We really enjoyed it because Lucas' preschool teachers were there, and they had lots of fun and free games. They also had bounce houses and the Easter Bunny. Kate loved waving to the Easter Bunny from afar but would not approach him.

They both won lots of candy and toys.

Kaitlin trying to open her Easter card from Great Grandpa Art and Great Grandma Joan. She managed it all by herself! The kids both got "ice cream money" to Baskin Robbins. Yum! Thanks, Grandpa and Grandma!

Easter morning was so fun! The Easter bunny hid the kids' baskets, and Lucas had to follow the clues to find them. Kaitlin had the best day ever; she was in candy heaven!!

My dad, Diane, Leo, and Grandma came down in the afternoon to watch General Conference and have Easter dinner.

Leo and Kate eating their delicious chocolate-covered marshmallow eggs from Grandma Diane.

We had an egg hunt after dinner. Kate could only find one egg at a time because she had to open each egg to eat the candy before proceeding!

Video clips from the day:
Diane and Leo spent the night, and we were able to ride bikes and see How To Train Your Dragon on Monday. It was Kate's first movie, and she did really well! I had to let her run around the last 10 minutes. It was a cute movie!
Happy Easter! Thanks for coming to celebrate with us, Biasi family!!

My kids informed me that the Easter bunny did much funner stuff for Lucas than they did for them... I guess and clue hunt is on the list for next year! :)
