Lucas has been totally into the waterslides at the rec centers, so my mom and I took the kids to Splash Down. I haven't been there since high school! It is so funny, because at the rec center, they have a million rules for the slides. But at Splash Down, anything goes! I could even take Lucas and Kate down the slides on my lap. She held on for dear life, and eventually started whining/crying if I tried to take her towards the slides. She spent most of her time blowing bubbles, swimming in the hot tub (she's a Vegas kid - 80 degrees is not pool weather :) ), and playing with the lockers.
Lucas tried "Funnel Tunnel" first, decided it was the best, and didn't want to even try any other slide! He finally tried them all 4 big slides after first trying them with my mom or I.
Next time we'll have to go with friends! I got tired of walking up that hill! :)

We are counting down the days and minutes until we see you! Carson even picked out some crafts for him to do with Lucas if we have time. :0)
