I don't know the names of any of the planes...so here we are with a really big one! :) Can you find Lucas in his red sweater?

The Thunderbirds!!
Lucas took multiple turns with this gun on the helicopter. Watching the helicopters do a pretend rescue mission was one of my favorite parts. We saw a parachuter and quite a few soldiers sliding down a rope from the helicopter to rescue the parachuter!
There is an F-something-fighter way up high in the sky here! Kaitlin lost one of her "doggy ears" by this point.

We ate delicious, messy treats-funnel cakes and cotton candy. Devin and I were covered in powdered sugar, and Lucas' hands and face were dark blue. And his face was also very heavily sprinkled with our powdered sugar!! It was sooooooo funny--I didn't get a picture though, because he was very scowly since we were all laughing at him. Poor kid!
And guess who was also at the air show?? Boo the Clown!!! Sans make-up. His company, Amazing Clowns, brought all of their bounce houses and little carnival rides. We said hi, and the kids had a great time bouncing away!
We had such a great day!!!
