At the beginning of December, we took a trip to CA to see family and go to Legoland! The kids were so happy to be together and got along so well!!! We loved watching them play together. Savannah and Nathan took us to an arcade, where the kids played lots of fun games and won cool prizes.
We also did a lot of playing in their backyard. The kids are grown up now!!! We were just able to sit and visit with Tyler and Kameron.

We went to see Savannah sing at Tyler and Kameron's ward party. She was so cute.
Lucas was first in line to visit Santa, and he was quick to tell me, "That is NOT the real Santa!" (We mostly avoided Santas after that)! Nathan and Kaitlin made sure to stay
away from Santa.
One night, we acted out the Nativity. Grandma Claire had all of the right props, and the kids played their roles perfectly!

Cookies were served to the actors and actresses after their stunning debut.
And then we were off to Legoland! It was the
perfect day. Perfect weather, no crowd, and Kaitlin was tall enough to go on most of the rides. Lucas was in heaven, and he was so brave!!! He tried lots of new and potentially scary rides. The Dinocoaster was one of Kate's favorite rides. She kept saying, "More! Tickle me!"
I wasn't allowed to hold Kate's hand. She was quite surprised, but willing to go again!
Lucas wasn't able to go on this ride last time we went to Legoland because you have to be 4. So he was so excited to try it out, and then it ended up being a little boring!
I tried to get a nice shot of Lucas and Kaitlin to capture how perfectly our day was going. Oh, well.
Finally, a slightly better picture of the 2 of them. :)
That night we stayed in a hotel and had fun putting together their Lego souveniers.
And then we all pooped out!
The next day we went to the California Science Center.
This was just the best trip ever!!

What a great trip! I loved the pictures of the Nativity. All the costumes were so cute. For Enrichment (or whaever it's called now) we made Nativity costumes and I can't wait until my kids are big enough to use them.
Legoland looks so fun! I bet Lucas was in Heaven will all those Legos!
p.s. I love, love, love Kaitlin's outfit at Legoland. SUPER cute!
It looks like a great trip! We are considering going to Legoland when my mom comes with my niece and newphews...Was it worth it? Love all the pictures!
