Luke's Birthday!

Lucas is officially two, as of Friday!! I had to baby-sit that day, so we celebrated with "Dirt and Worms." (Pudding, Oreos, and Gummi Worms). That night, we headed up to Utah for the 1st BYU game of the season and a Pooh birthday party for Lucas.

Lucas helped Jen make the cupcakes for the party.
The kids played "Pin the Balloon on the Fire Engine," and they went fishing.

The adults visited, ate, and played BYU Trivia! I think Amy and Ryan tied as the BYU Football gurus.

Lucas was excited to blow out his candle. After blowing it out, he ran straight to his chair so he could eat his cupcake, but he didn't eat it at all. He just ended up smashing it! He got some really nice presents. So far, his piggy bank has monopolized his time! He also got a Tickle-Me Elmo, which he thought was REALLY SCARY! But he has overcome his fear and now tickles Elmo himself. Thanks to everyone for his fun presents! He is really enjoying all of his new things at home.

Thank you to everyone for coming!!! It was so fun to see lots of our friends and family members. We hope everyone enjoyed the BYU game!!! Go, Cougs!

I thought you said that I didn't look fat in those pictures!

I'm so glad that Lucas liked his piggy bank, we were a little nervous that he would think it was lame! Watching him when he first saw Elmo was so funny, I'm glad that he isn't afraid anymore.

What a great weekend! We had so much fun with you guys!
