A Trip to Lagoon

On Friday, we went to Lagoon with my Dad, Diane, and Leo. Lucas and Leo got to ride on lots of fun rides, like the helicopters, airplanes, cars, a rollercoaster, and a train. The train ride was so cool! We saw tigers, zebras, camels, ostriches, emus, and kangaroos, to name a few! We had no idea that we would be seeing animals like that!

Lucas liked most of the kiddie rides. During the kiddie rollercoaster, he kept shaking his head, saying, "No, no."

My dad and I went on one adult ride-Tidal Wave. It's the ride that's shaped like a boat that swings you back and forth. Kind of hard to describe.... You can go to Diane's blog to see more pictures.

We also played at the water park section for awhile. The boys loved the waterslides! After that, we went back to nap, and then out to dinner.

We went back to Provo after that, and we made it back just in time for Lucas to do this:
I know, gross! But I couldn't resist. :) Poor baby. He slept okay, but he threw up all the next morning too. So, I think it was the flu and not the scary rides. After throwing up a couple of times, he laid down on the floor and went to sleep. He didn't even want me to hold him!

He is totally back to his normal self now--jumping off tables, yelling loudly at church, eating as many popsicles as he can finagle out of us. :)

Stay tuned for more Provo pics tomorrow....

There are still french fries on my sidewalk. :) It's okay with me, though, because it just reminds me of the good times we had while you were here!
