Easter Weekend

We had a very enjoyable and busy Easter weekend!! It started with our ward Primary Egg Hunt. We weren't sure if Lucas would get the hang of what he was supposed to do, but when they said go, Lucas took off as fast as he could! He reached his 10 egg limit in about 20 seconds! Then, of course, he screamed when we made him stop. He didn't even care about the candy--he just wanted to keep gathering eggs.
Lucas and Ella had an excellent time eating spilled Nerds off the basketball court. I'm pretty sure they got every single last one!Saturday night we went out to eat with the Tringali's at Red Robin. Yum!
Saturday night my Dad, Diane, and Leo came down from St. George so we could celebrate Easter together. We did all the typical Easter things!! We colored eggs...
...had an egg hunt...(Lucas getting a leg-up from Grandpa)...
...took pictures!
Diane and Leo made an AWESOME homemade Easter bunny cake. We are still enjoying the leftovers.
We had a really good time! Lucas was totally "funned-out." He passed out on the couch at 7. That NEVER happens!
We hope you all had a great weekend! Thanks to all of our family and friends for celebrating with us!

I'm glad you had a good Easter. I wish I had been Lucas fast asleep on the couch. Holidays are so fun and so exhausting at the same time

Lucas looks like he loved every min.
I love all the pictures you have.
Congratulations on the Match as well.

I love when they fall asleep like that. I think Hannah's only done that twice!

It looks like you guys had a great time! I can't believe how green the grass is in all those pictures, I'm so jealous! Ours is still brown and matted down from the snow!!

I was thinking the same thing about the grass, Jen. Ours is still yellow also.

We had a fun week-end. Thanks for hosting Easter. Leo and Lucas totally bought into the Easter Bunny delivering the Easter baskets. I wasn't up yet, but I could hear them getting into their baskets.
