More Spokane!

We went to my grandparents lake cabin for a couple of days while we were in Spokane. We took a boat ride to Harrison for lunch and ice cream-a family tradition! (Forgot my camera)! Lucas loved being the "watchman" in the boat to make sure the wakeboarders didn't let go of the rope. Lucas thought that Thomas did a really good job wakeboarding. To me, he said, "Mommy, you really did a pretty bad job."Lucas got a huge sliver in his toe. It took about 4 adults and a lot of screaming to get it out!
We took a canoe and paddle boat ride to the swamp and then stopped for ice cream. We ate a lot of ice cream. :)
Next up, cherry-picking at Greenbluff! And a trip to downtown Spokane, where I was able to have dinner with Jen, a friend from high school. We had an early birthday party for Lucas at Chuck E. Cheese's.Another trip to the lake, and we were off to the airport! The kids were great on the airplane, and Nadia was there to help! Lucas played with these dinosaurs for at least an hour of the flight. (Thank you, Danielle)! What a crazy, crazy week!!! Thanks, Mom, David, and family, for a fantastic week! We had a great time! We're now trying to recover because we're exhausted! :)

Glad that the dinosaurs were put to good use! The kids today asked when Lucas was going to have another party at Chuck e cheese. They had a great time. Hope you flight home was good and that your ride this next week is good also, maybe the dinosaurs will come in handy again? Can I get a copy of the shake you bum movie and some of the party pics? Once again forgot my camera.

Woohoo! Gotta love those slivers! Love the pics, sounds like you had a lot of fun. We love picking fruit at Greenbluff too. Usually Neil picks one and eats one, picks one and eats one.
