We made graduation cupcakes and ate them for breakfast.

Lucas is in the back row, to the right of the tall girl. Lucas is pretty tall, but he was sandwiched between twins who made him look tiny!
His line for graduation was, "I worked all year for this degree, there now aren't you proud of me!"
They even called their names individually to "receive" their diplomas. Each child just held the pretend the diploma, while parents had the chance to take a picture. Lucas was SO serious and all business until Clint showed up! Then he gave us (Clint) some cute smiles! He sang all of the songs and did the actions in the program with great enthusiasm.
This is the famed Ms. Jessica!!! Lucas thinks she's the prettiest girl in the whole world, even prettier than his mom!!! :) Sometimes I'm tied with her. Also pictured is his good buddy Denton. We did a lot of picnics at the park after school with Denton and Rachel.
We're very proud of Lucas! He did such a great job! His teachers always said he was helpful and attentive. He never had to go to time out!! :) 
This is Denton's mom, Goldie. We were in the same ward in Provo when we were first married; then we reconnected when our boys ended up in the same class. It's been so fun hanging out with her! Too bad her husband's a Touro student and they're off to bigger and better things next month!

Their graduation was so cute! I'm glad Lucas and Denton got to be such good buddies. I loved the picnics at the park too!
