Clint was helping Lincoln (6 wks) smile for the camera.
Such cute kids!!!
Lincoln hardly ever cries unless he's tired. It was his naptime here! "C'mon, Mom!"
I turned 31! I had such a great birthday. Clint, Lincoln, and I went out to Lucille's on Friday night. Yum. On Sunday, we had our usual dessert night with family. Megan made my cake and got me a new green bag! I also got a movie gift card, new shoes, Taylor Swift cds, and book lights! On Monday, Leah took me to Cafe Rio for lunch, and Tisha had us over for dinner and cake. On Tuesday, I had lunch with my friend Jamie to celebrate both of our birthdays, and that night my friend Amber took me to see The Help. (I loved it). Talk about a birthday celebration! I also received lots of phone calls and cards. Thank you to my family and friends who made me feel so loved.
We had the most amazing rainstorm ever. Thunder and lightning all night, and then the hardest rain I've ever experienced when it was time to go to the bus stop. I thought Lucas would be afraid and want to be driven to school, but he got right on the bus and thought it was such an adventure. The rain left rocks and dirt everywhere.
They had to close our road while they cleared the dirt away. The bus stop is still covered in dirt, which is delightful!
Jamie and I were having a great bday lunch together, and when we looked out the window, our girls were totally naked!!! The sprinklers had turned on. Brooklyn and Kaitlin are so funny and get in to so much trouble together. They also greased up her rocking horse with massage oil.
Tummy time! He surprisingly doesn't mind it!

I'm glad your birthday was so awesome! I have been the worst friend about birthdays. I remembered to call, but I still haven't sent your card! I'm sorry!! Today will be the day! :0)
Way to celebrate! I am glad you have many people close by who can spoil you rotten (since I can't). Happy late birthday!
