Lucas and Clint spent Saturday putting together the Lego police station. Clint did most of the work. And it has since been dropped on the ground. Hm. It is a really cool set.
Lincoln was 5 weeks old in these pictures.
Nadia came down to meet Lincoln and spend the weekend with us. Lucas and Kaitlin were happy to see their aunt. She got Lucas an Ironman arm-thing for his birthday.
My dad, Diane, and Leo also came down to visit. They got Lucas an awesome dragon Lego set. When I asked Leo what he wanted for his upcoming bday, he said, "Lincoln!" Nope, sorry, buddy! :)
My dad bought Kaitlin a whole box of dress-up!!! She couldn't believe all of the dresses. She loves the blue fairy dress the best.
The kids went swimming with Grandma Diane and Aunt Nadia. Thank you for coming to visit us!!
On Labor Day, we went hiking at Mt. Charleston with our friends, Amber, Cadence, Jack, and Grayson. We tried to have a picnic lunch but there were bees EVERYWHERE! So we ate in the car! Then we enjoyed a nice hike/climb in the cool weather with a little drizzling rain. It was so nice.

That evening, we went to the Garmire's for dinner. Lincoln smiled for the first time! At Leah! Then he smiled at me too. Best thing ever!!
Writing from Lucas' first day of school: Win field day (I love that one!), learn playground rules, make new friends, and learn.
Kaitlin's first day of preschool. We are doing preschool with a group of friends two days a week, and we rotate teaching. The kids have loved it, and it's nice to have a couple of hours to run errands! My favorite part of teaching is song time. The kids are so cute.

I love that picture of Kate pouting behind all the other kids, she is such a cutie!
Sean said last night, "We need to figure out how to get out to visit Clint and Natalie soon". Great idea, right?!
