I've been saving these up!  There are many I've forgotten, I'm sure.

*While picking strawberries, Kaitlin shouted gleefully, "Lucas!  Look!  This one looks like a strawberry bum!"

*Kaitlin, "Good-night, Mom.  Don't let a bug bite you in your bed."

*Kaitlin was squirming and shouting, "These undies are saying it's wedgie time for me!  STOP, UNDIES!"

*We've been visiting the zoo a lot.  A few times Lucas has said, "In my next life, I want to be a monkey."

*Kaitlin, "I can't eat that, Mom.  If I get too full my tummy will get a headache."

*Clint, "Lucas, maybe you and I should go on a trip together.  A boys' trip."
Lucas, "If it's a boys' trip, Lincoln needs to come too."

*Lucas has been wanting to watch t.v. all day long, so I must admit, he has been watching a lot of t.v. lately.  One morning, I tried to explain to him that as his mom, "It's my job to help you read, write, play outside, exersize, color, play games, and do lots of different types of things.  Not just let you watch t.v. all day."  His response was, "Well, you're not doing a very good job."

*Lucas, "Do you think there is a song called I am a Child of Satan?"

*Kaitlin, while looking at pictures of me as a kid, "Mom, you look newish."
